How can I purchase tickets for a show at Garcia’s Chicago?
Official tickets are available through our website (www.garciaschicago.live) and Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com). Garcia’s Chicago is not responsible for tickets purchased through any 3rd party.

Are there ticket fees?
Yes, ticket fees apply when purchased online.
What kind of payment methods are accepted?
Garcia’s Chicago is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) including contactless payment via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately all ticket sales are final and we do not issue refunds, transfers or credit. If you can find someone to use your tickets, please email boxoffice@garciaschicago.live your guest’s name and your order number and we can alter your reservation.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone?
You can transfer your tickets by accessing your Ticketmaster account.
Yes, you can transfer your ticket by emailing boxoffice@garciaschicago.live with the name of your guest and your order number. We will confirm once your reservation has been altered.
What is the difference between the Premium, Reserved, & General Admission/Standing Room tickets?
Premium table seating is located closest to the stage, offering the most intimate musical experience for guests, and includes table service.
Reserved table seating is located on our main floor, behind the Premium section, and includes table service.
Note: Table seating is cabaret style which means you may be sitting with other fans.
Booths are available for private groups of up to 6 guests, and includes table service.
General Admission/Standing Room, our most affordable option, is located around the sides of the room, on an elevated level for quality viewing and easy bar access.
How long before a show can I sit down?
Typically the venue will open 2 hours before show time, but may vary based on the day and show. If you have questions about a specific show, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@garciaschicago.live
Entry:
Can I attend an event if I am under 21?
Unless otherwise stated, all shows are 21 and older. You must show a valid form of ID upon entry such as a Drivers License or State ID
Is there a coat check? Do you charge to check items?
Yes we have a coat & bag check available for $5 per item. Bags over the size of a small purse are required to be checked at coat check.
Is outside food and drink allowed inside Garcia’s?
No. Garcia’s is a full service restaurant and bar. Any outside food & beverage will not be allowed inside Garcia’s
What happens if I run late? Will I lose my seats?
You will not lose your seats, but any pre-ordered food will be fired at 7:30pm at the latest.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, during operating hours with a re-entry stamp which may be obtained at the host station at the front of the restaurant. Once the show is over and we’ve called “last call” there is no re-entry.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the facility. Smoking is permitted outside on the Washington Blvd. side of the restaurant.

Where is Garcia’s Chicago located?
We are located in Chicago’s bustling West Loop, on the corner of Washington Blvd & Morgan St. Our street address is 1001 W Washington Blvd, Chicago, IL 60607

Yes…
Are you accessible by public transit?
Yes, we are located 6 minutes walking distance from the Morgan Pink & Green line station, half a block from the Madison #20 bus line, and 0.6 miles from Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Is your venue ADA accessible?
Yes, we have ADA compliant elevators, ramps, and seating.
Do you allow priority entry for guests with disabilities?
Yes, you can approach the security guard assisting with entry and ask for ADA access.
Are service animals permitted inside the venue?
Yes, service animals are welcome at Garcia’s. However, please keep in mind that the volume and lighting inside Garcia’s can get loud & intense. If you plan on attending an event with a service animal we advise that you arrive early to ensure you and your service animal are comfortably able to access your seats. Please contact us if you have any further questions or require assistance securing your tickets
Do you have gender neutral restrooms?
Yes, we have a single occupancy restroom available for guests of any gender.
Do you have accommodations for guests that are deaf or hard of hearing?
We have assisted listening devices available for guests that are hard of hearing. You can request these in advance by emailing us at info@garciaschicago.live or ask for the Manager on Duty when you arrive for a show.

Is flash photography & video allowed inside Garcia’s?
No Flash photography, Video allowed on personal devices, but no professional video equipment without approval.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, dress for a night of great listening, dining, and wine drinking.
